Pride and Prejudice!

Well the lads came out with the new home strip on yesterday afternoon, looks good if you ask me especially the almost black Goal-Keepers kit! Shame I will not be buying one until a certain pair of Americans are banished from the Bastion that is Anfield! Next years sales of last years stock then, on to the game and what a boring first half it was to, apart from Steven Gerrard's strike and it was outstandingly saved by Hart (worse luck).
The second half was all about missed opportunity's, the damn wood-work and Manchester City's goalkeeper playing as thou his life depended on it! But at least 'The Kid' scored (58th minute/ 32nd in all competitions) to give us all three points! Job done, last but not least Spurs up next Sunday at White Hart Lane (kick-off 15:00 BST). On a up note I thought Insua had a very productive game, DMW should let the kids come out and play a bit more in the future, I think he would be pleasantly surprised!!!!
